Jasmine has been used for centuries to help soothe and relax tense and jangled nerves. It has been used to promote peaceful sleep and regulate erratic thought patterns. Both jasmine and the oolong may help the body resist stressors of all kinds whether physical, chemical or biological. Tulsi has been used in Indian traditional medicine for centuries. Rich in vitamin C and Zinc it's a natural infection fighter and pain reducer. Kawakawa has been used traditionally in New Zealand for digestive and stomach aliments.
