Forty Thieves Peanut Butter is made from 100% dry-roasted Hi-Oleic non-GMO peanuts and nothing else. Hi-oleic peanuts are premium peanuts with particularly high levels of oleic fatty acid - the good kind of fat found in abundance in olive oil. To put these perfect peanuts in perspective, hi-oleic peanuts are about 80% oleic acid, extra virgin olive oil around 70% and standard peanuts about 50%. This high fat / low carb combo is ideal for those on keto and low carb diets keeping you fuller for longer.
