Tahi's New Zealand Forest Honey is the native flowers of Northern New Zealand in a pot! With lots of Manuka, Kanuka mixed in with Rewarewa, Pohutukawa and Kamahi. Humans have had no part in created this blend - it was the work of busy bees visiting a biodiverse area of native bushland.
This gloriously thick, aromatic, yummy honey is great for tea, biscuits, toast, oatmeal, yogurt and to use as a natural sweetener.
Unpasteurized and minimally filtered to retain maximum goodness. This is what real New Zealand honey should be containing high levels of natural pollen with no added sugar, water or preservatives.
