Daily Organics Apple Cider Vinegar is Certified Organic old-style ACV. It's naturally fermented, raw, unpasteurized, unfiltered and with the 'mother' in every bottle.
The apples are carefully selected from organic apple orchards in the Hawke's Bay of New Zealand where the fruit have been left to sun-ripen naturally on the tree before harvest. Sunripened apples are gently pressed with the vitamin and anti-oxidant rich skins intact and left to convert to vinegar before being transferred to French oak barrels to age for 12 months. This is one of the secrets to why this ACV is so smooth.
Daily Organics Apple Cider Vinegar is unpasteurized, unfiltered and with the mother in every bottle. We also print the year of vintage on the label and the varieties of apples used.
The current vintage (2017) includes timeless New Zealand heirloom varieties such as Royal Gala, Braeburn, Granny Smith and Pacific Rose. We've packaged our ACV in dark amber glass bottles so as to protect the vinegar.
One of the reasons why Apple Cider Vinegar is so good for us is because of the beneficial living bacteria in the bottle but this should not be exposed to light (we still recommend storing in the pantry, but it means it hasn't had the light on it on a supermarket shelf or storage facility).
